You’re not feeling like yourself, or not even sure who you are.

Maybe you’ve been in a “funk” and it’s lasted longer than you’d like. It comes and goes unexpectedly and sometimes hits harder than normal. It’s making you question your relationships, work, and yourself. Perhaps you feel on the verge of spiraling or completely alone.

Anxiety, depression, and stress have become a part of your every day life.

We’ve seemed to have collectively accepted stress as a part of the American experience. Of course it exists on a spectrum, but at almost any level it can feel unbearable. We shouldn’t have to tolerate these feelings as the norm, but maybe you’re so used to living in this emotional state that it’s engrained into your wiring.

Rewiring your brain.

Experiencing peace and letting go of stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma may seem impossible. It’s definitely not always easy. However processing our past, practicing special techniques, and discovering new ways to cope will set you on a journey of overcoming the negative emotions that block your peace.

Moving forward!

I’m here to help you on that journey. I believe that one of the most arduous parts of the journey is deciding to start therapy. Once you’re here, I’ll come alongside you with warmth and challenge based on your comfort level, empowering you to take ownership of your journey. Together we will collaborate on setting and reaching goals that you feel will help you overcome the difficult challenges you’re dealing with. I’ll be supporting you the whole way.

Why I do what I do.

Therapy significantly helped me as a child, and again as an adult. I cherished the safe space and positive change it brought me and yearned to perpetuate that beautiful healing process one day.

I love people and always have. I’ve always had empathy and curiosity for people. I admire each person’s story and value their resilience. My hope is to empower each client by acknowledging their self worth and building on it together.

I am passionate about mental health treatment being available to everyone. We’ve come a long way in destigmatizing psychotherapy, but there’s still work to do. I believe therapy can elicit profound, positive change and I feel excited to be a part of that process.

Me outside the office:

I love to rest just as much as I love to have fun. If I’m not cozy in bed cuddling with my cat attempting the NYT crossword or watching either Housewives or Sex and the City, I’m enjoying LA with friends. I love to dance, eat good food, laugh, be outside, paint, go to the movies, Dodgers games, indulge in new experiences, and connect with people.
