If gaslighting happens enough, you start to believe it.

When people tell you that it’s your fault, that you are the problem, over and over again, you start to doubt yourself and feel that what they are saying is actually true.

The more you try to change yourself to try to make others happy the worse you feel.

You don’t know how to trust yourself anymore.

Too much emotional labor and not enough support.

You make it happen. You either come up with the idea, solve the problems along the way, and/or take care of everyone’s feelings when they get stressed out.

At the end of the day, you are not receiving enough back. Whether it’s credit for your work, appreciate from others, or something else that you need to fill your cup back up.

All of this work drains you. The people around you think you’re doing great, but you are really struggling with burn out on the inside.

There is so much power in valuing yourself.

How you treat yourself is more important than you realize. It’s the foundation that your identity and well-being sits upon.

Changing your life for the better means that you value yourself and treat yourself like you are worthy of love and support.

With support, you can move forward in strength.

Living as a cis, trans, nonbinary, or any other female-identifying person involves the negotiation of many roles. The wounds of your trauma can make it challenging to flow through your life.

Healing from the wounds of racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, and/or body discrimination takes time. We are here to help guide you through the healing process.
