You aren’t feeling like yourself, and it’s been a while.

Sure, some days are better than others. You've been able to get through. But overall you’ve just been feeling “off.”

You’re not as present when you’re with other people. Your favorite things don’t seem as interesting. It’s been a lot harder to focus. You just aren’t enjoying life the same way.

You’re going through a lot right now.

Stress has become even harder to avoid.

Many people have certainly been carrying a lot of extra stress over the past few years.

And coming from LGBTQ+, BI&POC, neurodivergent, ability differences, and other stigmatized experiences can make this task even more overwhelming.

You’re not alone. And your feelings matter.

You don’t know what to do from here.

Stress, depression, anxiety, isolation and shame make it hard to think about much else. When it’s already exhausting to get through the week, trying to make decisions about the future can just feel disheartening.

It can be hard to imagine your story ever changing, let alone getting better. Progress isn’t always a straight line. You still have the potential within you to achieve your goals.

Change is always possible (you wouldn’t be reading this if it weren’t).

Together we can explore the challenges that have been keeping you from living more like yourself, feeling more empowered and authentic, and beginning your next chapter.

I believe you have amazing strengths and vast resources within you. Our work in therapy can help you unearth them.

Why I do this work.

Being in therapy as a client has been one of the most profound experiences in my life. I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own healing journeys.

While I’m trained in the therapy process, you are the expert of your own experience. I’m looking forward to learning from you.

More about me.

As a queer and trans person, I love spending time with folks from my community and sharing my perspective and lived experience around LGBTQ+ mental health.

I’m also a big sci-fi and fantasy fan. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks during my free time (or at least while I am commuting through LA traffic).
